Pet Policy

Max 2 Allowed | One-time Fee: $300/$150
Rent: $25 monthly per pet

Comments: 1^st pet is $300 in non-refundable pet fees and $25 monthly for rent; 2^nd pet is an additional $150 in non-refundable pet fees and another $25 monthly for rent

Restrictions: The Turn does not allow the following breeds or any mix of the following breeds. These restrictions and deposit requirements do not apply to qualified assistance animals. Restricted breeds include: Pitbull/Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Presa Canarios, Great Danes, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, German Shepherds, and Alaskan Malamutes.
